The automatic egg collection system is an intelligent, efficient, and fully automated solution designed for modern layer farms using tiered or step-style battery cages. With a low power consumption of just 0.75 kW, it operates quietly, reliably, and energy-efficiently—ideal for sustainable poultry operations.
Its key advantage lies in fully automatic egg collection, eliminating manual labor and significantly reducing human-induced egg breakage and contamination. The system can run continuously, programmed to collect eggs every 1–2 hours, ensuring prompt removal, rapid cooling, and minimized dirty or cracked eggs—enhancing both egg quality and market value.
The system consists of three core components:
– Egg collection main unit: houses a geared motor and smart controller to precisely drive the entire process;
– Egg conveyor belt: made of food-grade flexible material, anti-static, slip-resistant, and gentle on eggs to prevent impact during transport;
– Egg trays (carriers): molded from high-strength, food-safe PP plastic, designed to securely hold eggs and move synchronously with the belt from cage fronts to a central collection line or packing station.
