The drinking system for poultry cages is a high-efficiency, hygienic, and durable water supply solution specifically designed for modern layer, broiler, and pullet farms using tiered or step-style battery cages. Engineered for reliability and ease of management, it meets the demanding requirements of intensive poultry operations.
The main water line is made of premium PVC with a standard diameter of 2.5 cm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, offering excellent pressure resistance and long service life. Its length is customized according to cage row dimensions to ensure uniform water distribution.
Two types of nipple drinkers are available: ball-valve nipples and spring-loaded nipples. Ball-valve nipples feature a precision spherical sealing mechanism, delivering higher flow rates and superior anti-clogging performance—ideal for areas with hard or impure water. Spring-type nipples provide a cost-effective alternative for standard conditions.
A spherical pressure-reducing valve is integrated to stabilize water pressure throughout the system, preventing leaks or dripping while ensuring consistent flow even to lower-tier cages.
All support legs are fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel plates, offering exceptional corrosion resistance in harsh, humid, and ammonia-rich poultry environments.
